"The Decline Of Western Civilization" has never existed on DVD or Blu-Ray format and has only circulated in small numbers and as bootlegs until now. The film is a striking documentation of the LA punk scene of 1979 and 1980, featuring interviews and/or live footage of Black Flag, Germs, X, and others at the peak of the scene's power.
