With Covid and issues at USPS, we've seen that tracking information may not be updated for some domestic packages and almost all international packages

DOMESTIC

    • If the package is stuck at a facility, use the USPS Missing mail info below and submit a claim. 
    • If the package never appears to have been scanned at ANY facility, contact us using this form 
INTERNATIONAL
    • International packages are taking, on average 9 weeks to arrive, sometimes up to 13 weeks.  We know, that's insane!

     

    USPS MISSING MAIL POLICY

    Missing Mail is mail that has not been delivered by the expected delivery date. This applies to packages that are undelivered, lost, or late. If it has been lost, late or missing for 7 days or more, you can:

    • The addressee (not the sender) must be the one to file the claim in order to provide the necessary info to their local post office.
      1. Go to Find Missing Mail for additional information
      2. Submit a Missing Mail search request at MissingMail.USPS.com. 
      3. File a claim.
      4. Visit your local Post Office location for assistance in filling out a Missing Mail request.
      5. Call 1-800-275-8777 to ask for the phone # for your local Consumer Affairs office regarding a Missing Mail request.
