The Anxious and Angry Podcast started as a sort of "support group" to help people with their demons. Ryan has had guests from all corners of the entertainment world to talk about their own struggles. It has since evolved into two friends catching up every week to talk about whatever they feel like. Listener emails are welcomed and advice is still dished, but a more open approach was where the path naturally led to.
