Allegiance is a protest song featuring guest vocals from Scott Lucas (Local H) originally released as a streaming only single in January of 2025.

Finally, the physical product has arrived! Not only do you get Allegiance, but the b side features track 1 (Golden Moment) off the newest Popes LP "Lovely Stuff". Why, you ask? Well, it's my favorite Smoking Popes song in years and I talked them into it specifically so I could have it on a 7". So what you get here is a great little disc with 2 important songs for your collection. On top of that, we are donating all of the proceeds from online sales of this release directly to the ACLU. We think it's important to do what we can to help those that try to do what they can to keep power in check. In a time when insanity seems to strike daily, it seems hard to know where you can even begin to help do something good. So that's what we've decided to do. Every little bit can add up and this is our drop in the ocean.
